To access gaming services on jlgems, you must create a personal account by providing accurate registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and such other information as may be required for identity verification and compliance purposes. You may only register one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of account balances.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must notify jlgems immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlgems accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers (including InstaPay and PesoNet), over-the-counter payments through authorized channels, and such other payment methods as we may designate from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or such other currencies as we may accept. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may be adjusted at our discretion.

3.2 Deposit Processing and Verification

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the financial institution and transfer method used. jlgems reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds and request supporting documentation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. Accounts may be suspended pending verification if unusual or suspicious transaction patterns are detected.

3.3 Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions attached to bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, excluding weekends and Philippine public holidays. 3.4 Fees and Charges

jlgems does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by external payment providers. Currency conversion charges may apply if deposits or withdrawals are made in currencies other than Philippine Pesos.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jlgems disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jlgems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you following completion of any pending verification or security procedures.

8.2 Termination by jlgems

jlgems reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination by jlgems, account balances may be forfeited if the closure results from Terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and jlgems. If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines or arbitration as required by PAGCOR regulations.

Players dissatisfied with jlgems handling of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

10. Amendments and Updates

jlgems reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
